  According to the report from the District Mobility Secretariat, the restrictions will be as follows:
  ​
  ​​- Private vehicles: Vehicles with license plates ending in 6, 7, 8, 9, and 0 can circulate.       
  – Taxis: Vehicles with license plates ending in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 can circulate.   
  
  ​- Hours of the measure for private vehicles from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and for taxis from 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
